Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payments • A non-refundable retainer of $100 is required to secure your appointment. • The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours prior to your scheduled services. • Payments are accepted via credit card or Venmo @glossbeautybrand. 2. Gratuity • A gratuity of 20% is strongly encouraged, as our artists travel significant distances to provide you with exceptional service without a travel or mileage charge. Tipping reflects your appreciation for our artist skills and dedication. Note: This is not a common practice in pageantry hair and makeup services! At Gloss Beauty Brand, we highly encourage tipping your artist as a gesture of appreciation for their time and talent.
